Separate the data from day one

Use a parent organization and client sub-accounts with their own contact records, agents, campaigns, provider connections and billing limits. Switch to the intended workspace before making changes. Client separation is enforced in the application’s tenant-scoped data access.

Give the right people the right access

Invite teammates with organization-admin, manager, supervisor or read-only roles. Sensitive actions such as exports, campaign launches and billing changes are recorded in the audit log. Platform administration is a separate permission from client workspace administration.

Make client handover repeatable

Start from a focused agent template, add approved knowledge and review test calls before launch. Document the caller numbers, calendar connection, working hours, escalation path and budget. A published agent version provides a clear point to return to when a change needs to be reversed.

Explain charges with evidence

Review usage by day, campaign, agent or user and download the report. Provider costs and platform fees are visible separately. Wallets, reservations and configured caps help you manage exposure, while each client remains responsible for its connected provider account and call authorization.
