Your workspace plan

Plans can include minutes and limits for agents, phone numbers, seats and enabled features. Availability and pricing are set by the platform administrator and displayed in your workspace. Create an account to see the plans currently offered; no public fixed-price or free-trial offer is implied here.

Your platform usage

Calling charges use the rate saved when a call is admitted. Depending on your workspace’s rate card, this can include per-minute pricing, a connected-call fee and a provider-cost-based platform fee. Included minutes and configured maximum charges are reflected in the billing workflow.

Your connected providers

Vapi, Retell, your phone carrier and other connected services can charge separately under their own terms. A BoxAgent wallet balance is not credit with those providers. Review both platform and provider charges when estimating the total cost of a campaign.

Controls you can set

Use organization and user spending caps, campaign budgets and a prepaid wallet. Optional automatic top-up is off until you save a card through Stripe and explicitly authorize charges with a threshold, amount and monthly limit. Disabling it stops new attempts; an already-started payment may still complete.

Frequently asked questions

Is a credit card required to create an account?

Account creation itself does not submit a payment. Paid plans, wallet top-ups and live provider services have their own configuration and payment requirements.

Can I download usage reports?

Yes. Billing includes itemized usage grouping and CSV export. Stripe invoices and billing-portal access are available when Stripe is configured.

Why are provider costs separate?

BoxAgent uses your connected provider account. The platform reports normalized provider cost alongside its own charges so you can review both sides.
